无尘投料站/Dust-free feeding station

无尘投料站在胶粘剂行业中广泛使用,袋装物料投料时,出现扬尘现象,含尘气体在投料站引风机的作用下,进入平台箱体中,粉尘随气流流向滤芯,空气穿过滤芯进入袋内,通过引风机出口排出,较细的粉尘被滞留在滤芯表面,不能随气体排出,从而达到气、尘分离的效果。整个过程是密封输送、筛分,没有粉尘飞扬。

Dust-free feeding station is widely used in the adhesive industry. When bagged materials are fed, dust will appear. Dust-containing gas enters the platform box under the action of the fan. The dust flows to the filter element with the airflow, and the air discharge through the outlet of fan. And the finer dust is retained on the surface of the filter element and cannot be discharged with the gas, so as to achieve the effect of gas and dust separation. The whole process is sealed conveying, screening, no dust flying.

2L实验室行星搅拌机/2L Laboratory planetary mixer

实验室行星搅拌机适用于各大院校、科研机构、企事业单位进行实验研发的搅拌设备。

The lab planetary mixer is a new and efficient mixing equipment developed by the company for various universities, research institutes and factory laboratories.

1. 实验室行星搅拌机是一种高效、多功能、强制性混合机,采用的是机架、缸盖和搅拌桨叶升降,而料缸移动的模式。

The laboratory planetary mixer is a highly efficient, multi-functional, compulsory mixer, which uses frame, cylinder cover and agitator blade lifting and material tank moving.

2. 设备密封独特,可加压或抽真空去气泡等。

The equipment has unique sealing and can be pressurized or vacuumed to remove bubbles.

3. 釜体可电、蒸气、水及油循环加热,传动轴上的独特温度控测装置确保物料温度误差小于±1℃,夹套及夹套内盘管、导流板可实现冷却。

The vessel body can be heated by electricity, steam, water and oil. The unique temperature control device on the drive shaft ensures that the temperature error of the material is less than ±1℃. And the jacket, inner coil and guide plate can be cooled.

4. 釜体内壁精加工后再进行抛光处理,确保行星架上的活动刮壁(适用于密封胶)在旋转时,把釜体内壁上的物料完全刮掉。

After finishing the inner wall of the vessel, polish it to ensure that the material on the inner wall of the kettle is completely scraped off (applicable to sealant).

5. 釜内麻花框式(桨与桨、桨与桶壁间距3-4 mm)搅拌桨(多桨叶),在公转的同时也自转,使物料上下及四周流动,从而可以很短时间内达到混合(混炼)效果。

6. 釜内分散盘、搅拌桨实现即公转又自转的行星运动,其速度可调频变速,可根据不同工艺、不同粘度选择不同转速。

200L双行星搅拌机带真空上料机/200L Dual planetary mixer with vacuum feeder

双行星搅拌机根据胶粘剂物料粘度和工艺特性选配,适合中高粘度10000CPS~1000000PCS的物料混合搅拌,常见的搅拌桨:叶式、麻花式、爪式、框式等,具备混合、反应、捏合、溶解的作用。高速分散器由多层具备高线速度的锯齿状分散盘组成,在高速自转的同时绕着轴心进行公转,能够将粉料(助剂)快速的分散到浆料里,具备较强的分散作用。双行星动力混合搅拌机配有一组独立刮壁,对桶壁进行不断的刮拭,同时搅拌桨叶可以增加刮片,对料桶底部进行刮拭,避免搅拌死角,确保产品的稳定性。其传动采用行星轮传动,有较大的输出扭矩,适用于高温、高固、高粘等工况。带有密闭式设计,可以配合真空系统,实现真空搅拌,搅拌桶可设计带夹套加热,配合模温机,实现恒温搅拌功能。

The double planetary mixer is selected according to the viscosity of the adhesive material and the process characteristics. It is suitable for mixing of materials with medium at high viscosity on 10000CPS~1000000PCS. The common agitators include blade type, twist type, claw type and frame type, which have the functions of mixing, reaction, kneading and dissolving. The high-speed disperser is composed of multiple serrated dispersing discs with high linear speed. It revolves around the axis while rotating at high speed. It can quickly disperse the powder (additives) into the slurry with strong dispersing effect. The double planetary power mixing mixer is equipped with a set of independent scrapers to continuously scrape the wall of the barrel. Scrapers can be added to scrape the bottom of the barrel to avoid mixing dead ends and ensure the stability of the product. It adopts planetary gear transmission and has a large output torque, which is suitable for working conditions such as high temperature, high solidity and high viscosity. With a closed design, it can be combined with a vacuum system to achieve vacuum mixing. The mixing barrel can be designed with jacket for heating and a mold temperature machine to achieve constant temperature mixing.

智能洗桶机/Intelligent barrel-washing machine

洗桶机是行星搅拌机或多功能搅拌机的配套设备,作用是将可移动料桶进行自动化清洗。有电动型和气动型两种形式,将料桶上的胶粘剂、硅胶、油墨等高粘度物料通过自动调试的特制清洗头彻底清洗干净,操作简单安全。

The barrel-washing machine is a supporting equipment of planetary mixer or multi-functional mixer, which can automatically clean the movable material barrel. There are two types of electric type and pneumatic type. The adhesive, silica gel, ink and other high-viscosity materials on the barrel are thoroughly cleaned by a special cleaning head that is automatically adjusted. The operation is simple and safe.
